"😩 My life insurance policy was cancelled because I missed two payments — totally my fault. I called in a panic and was lucky enough to speak with Johanny, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She promised to look into it and get back to me — and within 15 minutes, she called back with a solution! Johanny was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. She even signed me up for auto pay so this wouldn’t happen again. Truly a pleasure to deal with, and I’m so grateful for her help. Highly recommend working with her!"
